Our team consists of the finest Field Technicians who will always deliver the best service for our clients through general/requested service visits or a Service Level Agreement.
To complement our field Service, we also have Technical Support available via phone to help solve issues or answer any technical questions you may have. The Service Team are available Monday to Friday to assist during business hours and can provide extensive knowledge to help you with any issues you have.

Meet Our Team
Ashley - Director
Ash and his partner founded Advanced Living Solutions over 17 years ago after spending 6 years in the Lock Smith and Pest Control Industries. With extensive experience in the commercial and residential construction industry, they understood that the construction market was changing as demand for technology grew. With that, Advanced Living Solutions was formed, focusing on offering Security, Audio Visual and property control solutions to meet the growing demands of existing and new clients.
Ash oversees all parts of the business, working closely with the team to ensure all opportunities are managed, clients are looked after, and projects are delivered to the highest standard.
Morgan - General Manager
Morgan has worked at Advanced Living Solutions since 2017. Having previously worked in the electrical supplier industry, Morgan manages the day-to-day operations in the Bayswater office and ensures that project procedures are followed from sale to completion. Morgan works closely with our Account Manager to build our valued client relationships and assists in running training events and client showroom demonstrations.
Louise - Client Liason Officer
Lou has been with the business since day one alongside Ashley. Having previously owned a Pest Control business, Lou has invaluable knowledge of both the construction and business industries. Lou provides high levels of customer service to clients and internal and external stakeholders. Lou works closely with construction supervisors and managers to keep our schedules running smoothly. When Lou isn't tied down in our Bayswater office, she is reaching out to our existing clientele to ensure all needs are being satisfied.
Brett - Field Operations Manager
Brett has over 28 years’ experience as a qualified Electrician, specialising in electrical systems in both the commercial and residential industries. Having started with Advanced Living 12 years ago as a field technician, Brett now manages our field team, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently, meeting all quality control requirements with the best system outcomes. Brett has also spearheaded our Electrical Services business, ensuring Advanced Living Systems can be that “one stop shop” to deliver the complete systems package to our clients.
Daniel - Technical Services Manager
Daniel has been in the security and automation industry for over 10 years. Starting with Advanced Living Solutions as a field technician, Daniel now manages all technical services ranging from client
telephone service and support to designing, programming, and commissioning best-in-class automation systems. Daniel’s vast technical knowledge allows the Advanced Living team to offer the best client support and system solutions for each client’s specific application, always achieving the best operational results.

David has been in the Security industry for over 15 years. Coming from a commercial security background, David carries extensive knowledge of commercial and residential security and CCTV technology.
