Project Description

Advanced Living Solutions recently completed a project in Carrum Downs, where we provided a comprehensive security solution for the Beachwood Homes Showroom Fitout.

Our team installed a Protege security panel with detectors and warning devices, along with reed sensors on all entrances for added security. We also provided keypads with FOB control for access through certain doors and electric strikes on each door for access control.

To further enhance the security of the premises, we installed a CCTV system with approximately 30 cameras and an intercom system with four-door stations located throughout the property.

In addition to security measures, we also installed WiFi points throughout the office for a clear and stable internet connection, along with 14 speakers throughout the building for music.

To ensure the centralisation and management of all systems, we installed a rack for general data points. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure all their needs were met, resulting in a comprehensive and effective security and automation solution for their showroom fit-out.
